Nowra Builders Is CKS Projects
Nowra Builders is a registered business name of CKS Projects Aust Pty Ltd (ABN 33 162 570 596), used for its residential building work in the Shoalhaven. When you build with us, your contract is with CKS Projects, under NSW Contractor Licence 258735C.
CKS Projects is a boutique builder based in Unanderra, Wollongong. It designs and builds custom homes, knockdown rebuilds, duplexes, renovations and extensions, and its published homes run from the northern Illawarra to Jervis Bay, where it built the Huskisson Duplex. It is a member of the Master Builders Association of NSW and the Association of Professional Builders.
In 2026 its Wombarra Clifftops home won Contract Homes $1.9M–$2M at the Master Builders Association of NSW Southern Regions Excellence in Building Awards.
Why a Shoalhaven name?
So people in Nowra, Berry and around Jervis Bay can find a builder who takes on work here, without us pretending to be something we aren't. We have no Nowra office. What we do have is a finished Shoalhaven project, and the same team, process and fixed-price contract behind every CKS Projects home.
